Eligibility criteria:

• Matric with science ( physics, chemistry, biology as compulsory subjects. 
• Fsc ( pre- medical) with at least 60% marks from any recognized board. 

Note:

Merit will be determined on the basis of marks of fsc pre medical. In case two or more candidates have equal marks in fsc then the merit shall be decided by the obtained marks in matric with science. If two or more candidates have equal marks in fsc and matric with science then the merit will be determined on the basis of seniority,with respect of upper age of candidate . In case if parameters are equal then merit will be decided by SHC &ME department. 

• Female will be allowed to apply in all above mentioned institutions except that of  for male ( college of nursing teaching , hospital shahdara Lahore) 
• Age upto 35 years. 
• Domicile Punjab province. 

General instructions:

• The candidates may give their admission preference in any of the above mentioned 44 institutions of nursing . And as cleared above that the admission will totally on merit as per eligibility criteria. 
• Necessary guidelines, schedule, time and merit lists etc will be uploaded on the said website for the convenience of the candidates. 
• Before applying online candidates must read all instructions given on web portal. 
• The candidates have to register on web portal ( https://pnas2.phf.gov.pk ) and to apply on web portal from 10/ 07/ 2023 to 24/ 07/ 2023.
• No applications will be entertained after due date. 
• Candidates must submit their all attested documents : CNIC ( front and back) , fsc certificate, matric certificate, domicile. 
• The candidates shall have to pay fee of RS: 500 on any branch of bank of Punjab ( Account no. 6560048830600077)  of the Punjab health foundation. 
• The receipt shall be uploaded on web portal given above and link given below. 
• If a candidate selected falls on merit list fails to join concerned college within stipulated time period, his/ her name will be struck off from college and his/ her seat will be vacant for another candidate next to his/ her on merit who will join during stipulated time period. 
• Applications received by hand/ mail will not be entertained. 
• The candidates who have already applied for BSN generic program shall have to apply again. 
• Selected candidates will receive stipend of RS : 31,470/- per month one said degree program as per govt policy.
